Baseline ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Long Life Ramen LLC, a California limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes the Baseline iOS app and gobaseline.app website.

1. Information in the App

Baseline's core symptom profiles, check-ins, scores, notes, and charts are stored on your device. The core app does not require an account, and Long Life Ramen LLC does not receive that health journal through the app. You control when you export, print, save, or share a report. A recipient or service you choose to share with will handle that copy under its own terms.

2. Website Information

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. If you subscribe to email updates, we receive your email address and subscription status. Please do not send sensitive health details through the website contact form. Our hosting provider may process technical request data such as an IP address and browser information to operate and protect the site.

3. Email and Service Providers

We use an email delivery provider to receive contact messages and manage optional email subscriptions. If enabled, that provider processes the information needed for those messages. The website also loads fonts and icons from third-party services, which may receive ordinary connection data. We do not sell your personal information or use your health journal for advertising.

4. Optional AI Features

Optional Pro AI helps organize selected entries on your device when you choose to use it. Your symptom journal is not uploaded for AI processing. We will update this policy before introducing any feature that changes that data flow.

5. Retention and Your Choices

Your app entries remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app, subject to backups or exports you make. You may unsubscribe from optional emails using the link in an email or by contacting us. Contact messages are kept only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations. 6. Security and Children

We use reasonable safeguards for the website information we handle, but no system is completely secure. Baseline is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.
